THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA SCHOLARSHIPS FOR YEAR 2012 / 2013

The People’s Republic of China is offering 45 full scholarships to Kenyans for undergraduate and postgraduate for the 2012/2013 academic year. Ten (10) of the scholarships are for bachelors, Twenty (20) for masters and Fifteen (15) are PhD programmes.

THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION SCHOLARSHIPS FOR YEAR 2012 / 2013

The Russian Federation is offering thirty (30) partial scholarships to Kenyans for undergraduate and postgraduate for the 2012/2013 academic year. Twenty five (25) of the scholarships are for bachelors, specialized degrees and Masters. Five (5) scholarships are for doctorate /post –doctorate programmes.

Rhino Scholarship

The Rhino Cement Foundation is the corporate social investment arm of the Athi River Mining
Company (ARM). The main objective of the Foundation is to, "invest in Health, Education and
the Environment". The Rhino Cement Foundation is awarding scholarships to deserving first year students.

The Scholarship will be extended to students admitted to undertake any of the following courses:

  • Civil Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Finance
  • Electrical Engineering



Applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must have scored a grade A- (minus) and above in their K.C.S.E
  • Must be from needy family.
  • Studying / proceeding for study at a Public University in Kenya.
